Sharp's Web Sites and Resources For Teachers K-6
Professors of Elementary Education at California State University, have collected sites and resources from the Internet for teachers to use in their classrooms. There is also a special category for children called "Just for Kids". These sites are entertaining, useful, informative, and fun. They range from lesson plans, creative classroom projects, interactive activities, visits to museums, and trips around the U.S.A. and other countries. They are organized in eight categories.

Lesson Plans, Classroom Decor, Keypals, Internet Links, and Classroom Management are just a few of the sections contained in this excellent resource for teachers.

History/Social Studies Web Site for K-12 Teachers
The major purpose of this home page is to begin the task of making the use of the Internet for busy social studies teachers and to encourage the use of the World Wide Web as a tool for learning and teaching. The documents, links, and text files listed in the various categories below should provide some help for classroom teachers in locating and using the resources of the Internet in the classroom.

The Community Learning Network WWW Home Page is designed to help K-12 teachers integrate technology into their classrooms. Over 1,200 links to educational WWWsites, links to curricular content, instructional materials (e.g., lesson plans), background information on technology integration, practical help for teachers looking for keypals/projects, internet guidebooks, software repositories, listservs, school pages, a "what's new section", and our own on-line technology courses.
