DIRECTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING MICROSOFT WORD TEMPLATES

1. Double click on the template you wish to download. This box should appear on your screen (Unless you have previously unchecked the "Always ask before opening this type of file box...in which case the the Microsoft Word may load and the document will automatically open):

Make sure that the radio button named "Save it to disk" is checked and then click the OK button to proceed with your download. (Checking "Open it" and clicking the OK button will cause Microsoft Word to open on your computer if it is installed on the system)

2.You will need to navigate through your hard drive directory structure until the "TEMPLATES" folder appears in the "Save In" box as appears below.

NOTE: Use the down arrow button next to the "Save In" box to navigate to the proper subdirectory. On most computers the order will be: C: Program Files Microsoft Office Templates

3. Click the "Save" button in the lower right hand corner of the dialog box to save the file to your computer.
