FAMILY TRAITS
We all brought pictures of family members. Some of us brought grandparents, aunts and uncles.
We spread them out and shared them with our class. We looked for someone that looks like us in some way.
We learned that family members may have the same traits. We decided what traits we shared with someone else and told the class what we found.
We found that we shared similar traits like the shape of our mouth or ears. We might have the same color eyes and hair.
Some traits like dimples are also found in families. We tested our families for things like hitchhikers thumb, vulcan fingers and curly tongues. That was fun!
We are writing about who we think we look like and what family traits we share.
