Line Dancing

Dance your way to better health! Join popular dance instructor Frank Trace as he introduces you to the wonderful world of Line Dancing. The first hour of this class is geared to the beginner line dancer. The second hour will be geared to the more experienced line dancer. Dances are taught slowly with plenty of review. Students may stay for all or any part of the class with which they feel comfortable. This is a fun, energetic class for men and women of all ages and a great way to meet new friends.
