Overview: As part of a class study of landforms and bodies of water in the United States, the students will move items from the custom picture libary to the appropriate super sorter.

Standards:
Students will undertake a study of concepts and skills as established by the State of Ohio through its mandated "proficiency" requirements, Grade Two, PO #4 Students will be able to name and identify different kinds of land in the United States. PO #10 Students will be able to use pictures to catagorize and sequence.

Activity Steps:

Explain and demonstrate the sorting activity to the clas.
Each student will complete the activity by dragging and placing the pictures from the custom library into the appropriate super sorter.
Each student will print his/her work.

Assessment: Student must correctly match 11 of 14 (79%) of the pictures.
