Aesop's Fables
Brief versions of over 300 fables, from the edition by George Fyler Townsend.

Fables & Stories
A small collection of Aesop's Fables with the fox as the central character. Aesop, as most people know, became famous for all the fables he wrote. A fable being a short story or poem which often used animals to convey a point or moral to the reader. He used Fox a lot in his stories, but not always as the stereotypical mean, bad villain as is much the case now. Often Fox used his or her wit to their advantage, but most noted is that although Fox sometimes teamed up with others, he or she never lost their independance, as was often shown.

Fluency Through Fables
