We are Mrs. Stephens' class. We are fifth graders at Greentown elementary School in North Canton, Ohio. Most of us are ten or eleven years old.

Each day we see different teachers for the subjects of social studies, science, and reading. Mrs. Stephens teaches math and Language Arts.

Our class does a lot of cool stuff. In December, we made paper snowflakes and hung them in our hallway with Christmas lights. We have school skates every month, and for a student council project we are collecting box tops to raise money. In March we have a carnival. It is a lot of fun!!

We have made many art projects. Some of them are angels, montages, biographical sketches, and snowmen. Our haiku poems are especially nice. Our sports teams are very good. Many of us are involved in them.

Our favorite game is "Sparkle". It is a fun way to review our spelling words. We earn raffle tickets as a reward. We have a raffle drawing every Friday.

At the end of the year the fifth graders graduate and receive a party. We are looking forward to the rest of the year, but we will certainly miss Greentown next year!!!
