I am a certified teacher with 21 years of teaching experience in the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio. I've taught students ranging in age from preschool to age 18 who had learning disabilities, behavior disorders, physical/visual impairments, intellectual disabilities, ADD/ADHD, and other health impairments including autism and Tourette's Syndrome. Throughout my career I have believed that all students can learn and all students deserve the opportunity to develop their own personal abilities. I've taught children to 'help themselves first' and to always try. I want students to have practical lifelong skills that will allow them to be independent and successful throughout their adult lives.
