My name is Gary Moody. I will be teaching English 8 and Honors English 8 on Team 8 White. I am a graduate of Minerva High School. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Union College (English) and a Master's Degree from Ashland University (Educational Administration).  I am also licensed as a Building Principal (Grades 4-12).

I was a Language Arts teacher at Alliance Middle School in 2002-2003. I was also a member of the baseball coaching staff at Alliance High School.

I have served on state-level committees for the development of the Ohio Test of English Language Acquisition (OTELA) and conducted presentations at the Ohio TESOL Conference.  I have coordinated the district's Veterans Day program for the past four years.   

This will be my seventh year here at NCMS.
