Welcome to Mrs. Whitesmith's homepage!

This is my fifth year teaching music in North Canton!  I teach general music at Clearmount and a section of first grade at Greentown. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Mount Union College. I see each student two times a week in half-hour increments.  I also direct the fifth grade choir at Clearmount as well as Vox Coeli-the select choral ensemble for upper elementary students throughout the North Canton School District. 

 I hope to encourage students' to continue their study in some type of art form whatever it may be, and realize the importance of the arts in the classroom environment. I am looking forward to another wonderful year of music making!
