Welcome! I am very excited to be a part of North Canton Middle School teaching 6th grade reading. It's great to work in a place where so many good things are happening everyday. I love to read, and my goal is to share my love for reading with my students. I am hopeful that the skills we work on and the stories we read in the 6th grade will give my students the skills and enthusiasm it takes to become lifelong readers.

I graduated from the University of Akron. Before coming to NCMS, I taught in the Alliance City Schools.  I have been teaching reading at North Canton Middle School for 8 years and I love it!

I live in Uniontown with my husband, Kevin, and our two children. My son is twelve years old and my daughter is nine. In my spare time I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time with my family.
