Dear Class,

Stanley has been visiting the state of Arizona at retirement community in Sun Lakes near Phoenix.

Arizona is rich in history it was the 48th state admitted to the Union. Native American Indians claim one quarter of state land with 20 reservations. Best known tribes are Apache, Hopi and Navajo Indians, noted for Indian jewelry, pottery and basketmaking.

Arizona is home to the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and many more parks.

Stanley has been busy helping me pack to move back to Florida. Too bad Stanley can't stay and cross the country with us. We will traveling across New Mexico, Texas, and Louisianna to Florida.
